Job Title: Oracle Functional Lead

Job Requirements:

We are looking Oracle CX Inventive Compensation Lead for the remote location.


10+ years of functional, hands-on implementation experience in Oracle CX solutions
5+ years of functional, hands-on implementation in Oracle CX Cloud solutions
Deep expertise in Oracle CX Incentive Compensation (IC) module.
Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes, including crediting, calculation, and payout.
Experience with Oracle CX Sales and related modules.
Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle IC.
Familiarity with integration technologies (REST APIs, web services) and scripting for automation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
