What You'll Do:
- Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Oversee engineering, infrastructure, and cloud transformation.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative tech team.

- 10+ years in senior tech leadership (CTO/VP Engineering preferred).
