Job Details

Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Springfield/Boston, MA
Duration: 6 + months

W2 only. NO C2C

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and define business and/or system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
Facilitate and document business system requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability.
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into business and technical specifications.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve production issues and provide functional expertise.
Participate in meetings with vendors and internal teams on new functionality.
Analyze and document integration interface changes to support data migration from legacy to strategic platforms, identifying reuse opportunities and defining new integration points.
Perform gap analysis, capability assessments, and define integration requirements.
Understand technical dependencies and envision creative solutions to business and technical challenges.
Lead or consult on escalated support issues and root cause analysis.
Partner across teams through all phases of project planning, development, and testing.
Demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusivity, and strong business acumen.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience with a Master Policy Record Administrative Platform.
5+ years of experience in a business systems analysis role.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proven ability to facilitate requirements sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience soliciting and drafting business requirements and performing requirements management planning for large-scale projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to lead business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives.
Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional.
