Access Global Group is hiring an experienced Network Security Engineer Consultant w/ hands-on knowledge for this remote role US physical resident.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform network lifecycle management, including design, implementation, management, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of critical network devices, and administer Palo Alto firewalls.
Recommend, test, schedule, and implement upgrades for network infrastructure and security components.
Configure, install, and replace network infrastructure and security components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Define solutions for clients through planning, preparation, deployment, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of network security measures.
Plan and execute multiple projects related to infrastructure expansion, replacement, and upgrades, while proactively monitoring network performance, reporting/escalating issues, and handling incident response or SOC tickets to meet internal SLA.
QUALIFICATIONS
6-10 years of experience in Information Technology Networks.
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and designing large enterprise networks.
Experience administering Palo Alto Network firewalls is a MUST.
Experience working on incident responses and SOC tickets is a MUST.
Ideally, the candidate will be close to Jersey City to go onsite, but must be open to working in the EST time zone.
