We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for a 5-6 month contract. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance overall business performance. This role requires a strong understanding of industry best practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a related role surrounding IT infrastructure business processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, review and provide a business case around Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and resources (including all monitoring)

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and processes.

Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Develop strategies and solutions to enhance business performance.

Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
