    Need local PM for Redmond, WA.

    Below is the high-level scope and requirements needed for the PM.

    Below are some of the high level scope:

    Project Manager to support a manufacturing ERP implementation at the Medical Redmond site. Requirement is to have the resource that is based out of the Seattle area not have the resource travel in. Would like the resource to start next month and would most likely launch the ERP in May 2024.

    current ERP system, QAD, will no longer be able to transact when the "Financial Sequence Number" (FinSeq) Limit is reached. This limit is projected to be reached by August 2024. Therefore, QAD will be replaced by SAP ECC Global Manufacturing ERP Platform and DELMIA Apriso Global MES Platform.

    Program Management includes coordinating and driving all workstreams as outlined by Client and monitoring scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and issue management.

    • Work in tandem with the Redmond site deployment leader.
    • Provide project coordination between the Redmond site and the "Central" Implementation team. 10 Workstreams
    • Provide project management for the duration of the SmartERP scoping and implementation projects ensuring the overall direction and management of all aspects of the implementation align with the strategy established by the Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, and the Corporate "Central" Implementation team.
    • Provide advice and guidance throughout project based on previous experience in ERP implementations and lessons learned.
    • Project planning activities: Develop a project charter, work breakdown structure, and project schedule.
    • Monitor project tasks to ensure the timely delivery of work products.
    • Proactive monitoring of budget and schedule to ensure project workstreams are on track.
    • Identify potential issues, risks, and challenges in advance to allow for timely resolution.
    • Develop, maintain, and update all project related documentation in coordination with the "Central" Implementation team to include a RAID log designed to track risks, issues, and decisions throughout the project life cycle.
    • Communication Plan: Develop a communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the project roll-out and its benefits. This can include internal announcements, events, and online resources. o Coordinate activities to ensure timely dissemination of project information in accordance with the {Project Communication Plan as defined by the Project Charter}.
      • Manage on-going communication to ensure stakeholders and project teams are in alignment.
    • Resource Management Plan: Develop a roadmap and reference that members of the project team use to allocate, manage, and control the resources required to complete the project and related workstreams. o Provide coordination of all internal workstream resources assigned to this project.
    • Provide periodic status reports in various forms depending upon the venue and/or audience. Each status report will indicate progress on each milestone and identify issues or concerns that may impact the successful completion of milestones adherent to specified deadlines. o Provide a status report to the Project Sponsor, Site Deployment Lead and Site GQO PMO leader at the PMO Gemba meetings each Friday morning.
      • o Attend and/or lead status report outs with the Corporate Steering Committee and other project related meetings as assigned.
      • Project scope change management to prioritize requests and obtain proper approval.
      • Project close-out: Deliver lessons learned documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition project and all materials to team at end of engagement.
