Please note I have direct access to the Hiring Master Data Sr. Manager on this position. Position is 100% Remote

This is an outstanding opportunity for an SAP MDG Analyst to become exposed to, implement and support an extremely large SAP S/4HANA global instance and if desired, learn other SAP modules or grow career into MDG Data Architect.

We are an International, successful, extremely profitable and the largest global privately held medical software/hardware Company and are looking for an SAP MDG Functional Analyst. The company is privately held, has been in business for 65+ years, has $1+ Billion in revenue, has 5K+ employees, is extremely profitable and has never laid-off an employee.

We are running a large global instance SAP and have several global projects scheduled for the design, implementation and rollout of SAP MDG and S/4HANA. The SAP MDG Functional Analyst will join an SAP team of SAP Analysts and will:

  • Conduct requirements gathering meetings with business and cross functional teams for understanding client requirements for SAP data migration projects
  • Prepare Functional, Technical Specification and Workflow Documents.
  • Perform Data Extraction, Data Cleansing, Data Mapping, Data Restructuring, Data/Fuzzy Matching and Data Validation and Testing.
  • Create training documentation and train users
  • Perform analysis of SAP MDG trouble tickets reported by users and develop appropriate solutions.

SAP MDG Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager of Master Data Governance.


  • Must have 2-4+ years of experience as an SAP MDG Analyst
  • Experience performing Data Mapping, Data Cleansing, Data Restructuring, Data/Fuzzy Matching and Data Validation and Testing.
  • Experience with any of the following are only a Plus (NOT Mandatory): Transformation to S/4HANA, SAP MDG Configuration, SAP MDG API Coding, working with Global Teams, Integration with Salesforce and/or Jaggaer, Excel, Reporting (Tableau), Healthcare/Life Sciences/Biotech industry. Again, NOT MANDATORY; only a plus.
