Role Title: Java Production Support

Required Skills Needs skilled resources for dedicated Production Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, basic Java, and J2EE, with at least 2 years of experience in production support activities. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Overall 8-10 yrs of experience
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Basic knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production support activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with WebLogic administration.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases and updates.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation for production support processes and procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
