Job Role: SAP BRIM Lead
Location: Santa Clara, CA Hybrid

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM expert to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Billing and Revenue Innovation Management solutions. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver innovative, business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Analyze complex business challenges and propose effective SAP BRIM solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement BRIM components (CI, CC, FICA) integrated with S/4HANA.
- Prepare solution demos and present functionalities to business and IT stakeholders.
- Project Leadership
- Lead workshops for requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Drive cross-functional issue resolution and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support activities.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop test scenarios and scripts for unit, integration, E2E, and UAT phases.
- Support performance testing and ensure quality standards are met.
- Knowledge Transfer & Training
- Create training materials and conduct KT sessions for teams.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with SAP BRIM innovations and best practices.
- Collaborate with global teams across Pacific, Asia, and EMEA time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise:
- 15+ years in SAP Quote-to-Cash processes; 5+ years in SAP BRIM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Subscription Billing, Revenue Management, Convergent Charging/Invoicing, and S/4HANA integration.
- Hands-on experience in configuring SOM, CC, CI, CM, and FICA modules.
- Technical Skills:
- Integration of BRIM with CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, middleware, and non-SAP systems.
- Deep understanding of revenue models (subscription, usage-based, overage, burn-down).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Education & Certifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- SAP BRIM or SD certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is an advantage.
