Contract-to-Hire | Orlando, Florida | Hybrid work schedule

In this role, you will be responsible for the enterprise strategy for all guest experience technology at our client's resorts globally. Some common capabilities in this space are activity management solutions, TV/Entertainment, Guest texting/chat functionality, EV Charging technology, guest wifi, etc. Anything deployed for guest experience at our resorts globally, with the accountability to drive innovative solutions to continually improve the experience at our resorts. This would also be an area that would be required to drive solutions for data analytics as well.

The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive background in vendor management and tech strategy, demonstrating an ability to evaluate, implement, and drive the right technology solutions for the business. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making and an unbiased approach to technology selection will be crucial for success.

Requirements:

  • Proven hotel/hospitality industry experience
  • Proven technical experience related to Guest Experience technology found in a large, enterprise resort environment.
  • Experience leading the strategy for guest experience systems/technologies
  • Experience partnering with development teams to build and implement these systems is essential.
  • Experience driving efforts toward data-driven decision-making and analytics to improve the effectiveness of guest experience systems globally.
  • Experience managing relationships with key vendors, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both business and technology strategies.
