What You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years' experience in marketing segmentation, audience targeting, measurement, or marketing consulting, in a client-facing role
• Exceptional analytics and quantitative acumen with understanding of tools like data management platforms, customer segmentation, custom platforms, and/or customer identity management, or close experience such as predictive analytics.
• Ideal if you have specific experience in the ad or marketing tech industry, in a digital marketing agency, in a programmatic buying company or in client-side digital advertising.
• Data analysis experience with platforms including cloud-based architecture such as Amazon Web Services, MS Azure, or Google Cloud Platform are desirable
• The ability to solve client problems by creating solutions across many products, and services.
• Significant presentation experience with audiences explaining marketing success metrics, and audience persona attributes.
• Strong client management skills and an ability to build relationships with senior executives
• Ability to take complex analysis and translate it for easy adoption for all client stakeholders

Impact You'll Make:

• You will be working directly in the Unified Identity Center of Excellence. As a member of this team you will learn about our customer experience and customer intelligence products
• In the Consulting Services Advisor role, you'll consult on multi-million-dollar customer engagements, with responsibility for organizing internal teams and developing enduring, trusted, and profitable relationships with your customers.
• You will help customers achieve their goals by evaluating their audience, campaign, and partner portfolio, and showing them new ways to reach their target market through a variety of programmatic channels.
• You will consult with our customers on their optimal customer profile, and create evaluation and measurement strategies to help them measure the success of audiences, campaigns, and achieve important KPI's.
• You will play a key role in building our team, and mentoring the next generation of Neustar leaders.
• You will build your network with the top marketing leadership in major companies across virtually all industries. You'll work to reveal the business drivers of our clients, while developing expertise at the intersection of big data, marketing, and consulting.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $108,905.00 - $184,600.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
