This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, generating new business leads and closing deals.

Qualifications:

    • Sales and Business Development Skills: The candidate should possess strong SERVICES sales skills, and strategic planning, along with experience in generating and closing new business opportunities and experience in sales and lead management systems.
    • Industry Knowledge: The candidate should have knowledge of software services and professional staffing.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate should possess strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with experience in working with C Level Executives and managing customer relationships.
    • Team Player: The candidate should be able to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, be self-motivated and able to work independently, along with being results-oriented.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology consulting or professional staffing is ideal
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth is required
    • Candidate from Austin, TX is preferred
