To help fuel it, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and build ABM marketing programs that deliver high quality leads that convert into sales. We’ve built an engine and now we’re looking for the perfect person who knows how to scale it and improve upon our existing success. 

If you are an A Player who loves spearheading implementation of cross-channel direct marketing initiatives we’re looking for you. You have a strong ROI and demand generation background with proven results from ABM programs. You know how to generate leads that sales loves you for. You thrive on finding creative ways to deliver leads and have extensive in-platform experience using Wordpress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adwords and more. And importantly, you are a self-driven digital innovator who is ready to make a big splash. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates and owns the omni-channel content strategy and production of all content elements 
  • Drives and manages Account Based Marketing strategy and supporting programs 
  • Owns content-driven lead generation efforts and optimizes content for conversion through the entire lead lifecycle
  • Assesses competitive strategies & uncovers white space opportunities for content that will drive our brand message home and deliver high quality sales qualified leads
  • Creates processes and criteria to qualify leads and pass to sales when they are sales-ready
  • Defines customer avatars and gets into the mind of the customer to deliver campaigns that surprise and delight
  • Leads with a curious mind and loves to research projects for highly technical yet relatable content pieces 
  • Write all marketing copy to support campaigns that include emails, downloadables, landing pages and more 
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization analysis on all campaigns and define structured A/B tests to improve conversion based on data analysis
  • Work with sales and delivery to design products that align a Windward solution with a market need
  • Demonstrates thought leadership throughout social platforms and builds a community of fans
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manages the website, landing pages and all content to support the brand and lead funnel
  • Manages all digital advertising to support our podcast and lead generation efforts


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong content writing skills designed to make highly complex, technical content interesting
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and ability to deliver qualified leads to sales
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization for email, landing pages and digital advertising
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Conversion rate optimization experience in optimizing landing pages, emails and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce and Wordpress, certifications a plus
  • Experience running ad campaigns through YouTube and HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience in IT consulting and/or Saas technology industry preferred
