Looking for two Salesforce Developers to join a quickly growing team in a very established organization. Looking for mid-level experience, someone who is eager to learn and grow in their career. This is a hardcore development role. The required skills are Apex Coding, Lightning, and Sales Cloud experience. Salesforce certifications are required.
This position is PERM/Full Time - no visa sponsorship will be provided. This position is an onsite role. Candidates must work onsite 4 days a week in Roswell, GA. Salary range will be 110-130K.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall design of the functional Salesforce.com solution and for recommending best practice solution designs based on business needs
- Contribute significantly to thought leadership across the platform including ideation and design of new accelerators
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
- Provide hands-on, technical assistance Design elegant, innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration of Salesforce and Managed Packages, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality

What we look for:
- Strong self-starter who is ready to jump in and create software which fully considers all aspects of performance, security, and reliability
- Excellent verbal and written communications kills-This role is heavily collaborative
- 3 + years of total Salesforce development experience is required
- Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
- Solid experience with building Lighting Web Components, Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce Lightning Aura Components and writing SOQL queries.
- Ability to build batch apex, schedulable apex, queueable apex.
- In-depth knowledge of the basic capabilities of the Salesforce platform and products (especially Sales Cloud), including an understanding of the data model, integration capabilities, development and maintenance best practices, as well as the pros and cons of the available tools and frameworks.
- Must be familiar with one trigger framework, error logging framework, test data factory.
- Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, web services, JAVA, CSS, HTML, Lightning Web Components is required
- Ability to build REST / SOAP webservices and consume REST/ SOAP API
- Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile Management tools (e.g., Teams) and working in AGILE delivery model
- Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, creating technical design documents
- Strong oral and written communication, decision making and problem solving skills
- Platform Developer I certification required
