    Job Description

    Title: Technical Analyst (2 roles)

    Duration: 6 Months+ CTH

    Location: Topeka, KS (Onsite role)

    This position will troubleshoot agency supported devices, user account creation, configuration and setup, software installations, on-prem and remote connectivity to OITS managed resources, maintaining/updating printers hosted on print server, device replacements and deployment, peripheral support, mobile devices, MS Office, DHCP and device security. This position is also responsible for the creation and maintaining of agency-specific documentation for application support purposes or any specific business processes that would need OITS involvement. Customer assistance is required both remotely and onsite at the customer's location.

    Required Experience:

    • Strong customer service skills
    • Extensive knowledge in Windows, MAC environments
    • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
    • Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory user administration
    • Experience with basic wired and wireless networking
    • Experience managing mobile device technologies
    • Printer, scanner and other peripheral set-up and troubleshooting
