Title: Customer/1 Billing Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer/1 (C1) Billing Business Analyst with a strong background in energy and utilities. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Customer/1 billing system, along with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to support billing operations and system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements related to Customer/1 billing and customer information systems.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to design and implement billing solutions.
Analyze, test, and validate system enhancements, configuration changes, and data mappings.
Support end-to-end billing processes, rate configurations, and issue resolution.
Provide functional support during testing, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
Create detailed process flows, functional specifications, and user documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Customer/1 (C1) or similar billing systems.
Strong domain knowledge in energy and utilities (electric, gas, or water).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, and supporting QA/testing.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams in both onsite and remote setups.
