An ideal addition to their team is someone with not only excellent customer service and communication skills, but also someone with experience supporting Windows 10, O365, and working with Active Directory.     • At least 2 years of experience in Desktop Support
    • Experience supporting users within a windows environment
    • Experience working in Active directory with password resets and user management
    • Exemplary customer service and verbal and written communication skills
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Relevant certifications including CompTIA+ or Microsoft certifications
    • Experience supporting Mac devices
