An ideal addition to their team is someone with not only excellent customer service and communication skills, but also someone with experience supporting Windows 10, O365, and working with Active Directory. Daily Responsibilities
- At least 2 years of experience in Desktop Support
- Experience supporting users within a windows environment
- Experience working in Active directory with password resets and user management
- Exemplary customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications including CompTIA+ or Microsoft certifications
- Experience supporting Mac devices
- 50% Windows support
- 20% Active Directory
- 30% O365
