Description

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Project Manager/Lead to oversee the complete lifecycle of diverse energy projects, including solar, lighting, controls, water conservation, and power quality solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, and clients effectively. As a Contract to permanent position, it offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project budgeting, bidding, proposals, and financial oversight.
Coordinate installation schedules, material deliveries, and contractor activities to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct monthly on-site visits to monitor progress and address any operational concerns.
Track project milestones using Snapcount and HubSpot, preparing detailed reports for project updates and closures.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to hybrid project management methodologies.
Utilize tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, and other project management platforms to streamline workflows.
Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective negotiation and oversight.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational values in all aspects of the project.
Foster a collaborative and proactive work environment among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within renewables, construction, civil engineering, or similar industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-scope projects efficiently.
Proficient in tools such as Snapcount, HubSpot, and Excel, with familiarity in Smartsheet and other PM platforms.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% for site visits.
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
U.S. work authorization required.
Preferred qualifications include certifications in energy or construction-related fields.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative environments while maintaining focus on long-term project goals.
