Sr. HRIS Reporting Analyst (Hybrid)

We have an immediate need for a Sr. HRIS Reporting Analyst to join the nation’s largest independent retailer. The Senior HRIS Reporting Analyst ensures the recurring processes and interfaces of the organization’s Human Capital Management (HCM) are maintained, ensures HRIS data integrity, and prioritizes HRIS report requests.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

This Job Pays: $86,000 – 118,000 annually

What You Will Do:


  • Runs, analyzes, transmits and archives complex recurring HRIS processes and interfaces.
  • Creates, maintains and monitors complex public and private reports.
  • Designs, develops, tests and delivers complex custom reports based on customer specifications; maintains and organizes report requests and documentation.
  • Analyzes complex data for trends or issues; creates reports and graphs for Executive Stakeholders based on those findings.
  • Designs and develops metrics and dashboards for management.
  • Designs, develops, tests and deploys integrations for HCM system using Workday suite of integrations tools; To include data transfer to other internal company systems and external vendor systems.
  • Monitors existing HCM system integrations for success, accuracy and timeliness and archives files after successful run and transmission.

What Gets You The Job: 


  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology, business or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is beneficial.
  • This position requires a minimum of five years progressive HRIS experience.
  • Previous experience with HCM systems required; Workday required.
  • Tableau experience preferred.
  • Understanding of multiple software development life cycle methodologies is needed.
  • Advanced level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Work, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, is necessary. Visio required
  • The ability to create complex reports with Workday reporting tools is required.
