Workday HR Systems Experience Mandatory
Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Business Process Mapping Analyst with a strong background in business process analysis, HR systems, and contingent workforce processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday configuration or process mapping experience, with proven ability to document and improve business workflows and partner with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Map and document Workday business processes across HR and contingent workforce functions.
Analyze and redesign current vs. future state workflows for optimization and automation.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Support Workday process enhancements, data flows, and integrations.
Create and maintain training materials and user documentation.
Work with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless process execution.
Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of Business Analyst / Process Mapping experience.
Mandatory: Hands-on Workday experience (process design, configuration, or mapping).
Strong understanding of HR Systems and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
Expertise in business process documentation and requirements gathering.
Experience in change management and user training content creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).
