Job Title: Construction Site Coordinator

Location: This job is designated for a 107 mile Transmission-line and Substation from PA MD WV VA for the Mid Atlantic Resiliency Link project. Central location would be Cumberland Maryland.

Pay: up to $60/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Coordinator to oversee and manage contractor and vendor activities at our project site. This role is critical to ensuring that construction work is executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with design specifications and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities performed by contractors and vendors.
• Monitor productivity, schedule adherence, work quality, and safety performance.
• Conduct walk-downs of planned work and validate completed work against design requirements.
• Approve contractor payment requests and verify constructability of work.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Maintain scope control, oversee budgets, and track performance metrics.
• Manage schedules and work progress to support Construction Supervisors in achieving project outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
• Communicate departmental, station, and division goals, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction site coordination or supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
