SAP ISU Project Manager

Location: Bismarck, ND (Hybrid, ~20% Travel)
Duration: 12+ Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Project/Program Manager with a proven track record in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in the Utilities sector, combined with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight skills.

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP ISU S/4HANA programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Engage with Utility clients to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver value-driven solutions.

• Oversee project planning, governance, execution, and risk management.

• Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business consultants) across onshore/offshore models.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to best practices, and compliance with project methodologies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for executives, stakeholders, and vendors.

• Drive issue resolution, change management, and stakeholder communication.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic input for Utilities industry-specific challenges.

• 10+ years of SAP Project/Program Management experience.

• Hands-on expertise with SAP ISU and S/4HANA Utilities solutions.

• Strong background working with Utility industry clients.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP programs (multi-phase, multi-site rollouts).

• Excellent knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience managing hybrid delivery models and vendor/partner coordination.

• Prior experience with Regulatory and Compliance requirements in Utilities.

• Exposure to Cloud-based SAP deployments.

• PMP, PgMP, or SAP Project Management certifications.
