Job Title:  SAP Ariba Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 Hybrid – 3 days office in a week)

Only locals required – No Relocation

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Expert to support and enhance enterprise procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and configuring SAP Ariba modules while ensuring smooth procurement workflows, supplier management, system integrations, and compliance with organizational procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, and Procurement to support business procurement processes.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, supplier onboarding, and integrations with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, upgrades, and defect resolution.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while resolving operational and functional queries.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data governance standards, and system security requirements.
  • Support testing, deployment activities, and change management processes related to Ariba enhancements.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to improve procurement efficiency and user experience.
  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and configuration settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Procurement.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba administration, configuration, and support activities.
  • Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management and procurement operations.
  • Experience integrating SAP Ariba with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement compliance, governance, and security standards.
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder interaction skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Ariba certification preferred.
