We're looking for an Art Director who thrives in a fast-paced, highly creative environment and loves transforming complex financial information into beautifully crafted, modern design. In this role, you'll shape visual concepts and layouts for high-visibility financial and corporate reports, including annual reports, proxies, and ESG deliverables, while pushing creative boundaries and elevating brand expression. What You'll Do
As an Art Director, you will concept frond and back covers, as well as the first overall look and feel of the first 3-6 pages that will set the stage for the remainder of the document. Responsibilities include:
- Owning design and layout for complex financial documents and multi-page publications
- Creating original concepts and maintaining consistency across all visual elements
- Transforming dense content into compelling infographics, charts, and tables
- Managing deliverables with accuracy, timeliness, and a high-quality standard
- Collaborating with creative leadership to develop bold, top-tier design solutions
- Staying current on design best practices and applying them to elevate creative output
- Overseeing projects from initial concept through final production
- Tackling business challenges with thoughtful, strategic design
- Taking initiative and driving creative projects forward on time and on budget
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in a related design discipline
- A strong portfolio showcasing publication design, layout systems, and infographics
- Experience designing for financial or corporate clients is a plus
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Workspace, and MS Office
- Willingness to learn digital asset management platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and maintain top-tier quality
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
