HR/PR Technical Support Analyst needed --- Remote

I am working with a manager at Raytheon Technologies in search of an HR/PR Technical Support Analyst. This is a long-term contract and is remote.

HR/PR Technical Support Analyst

Contract and Remote Position

Hourly rate: $45-$50 per hour (DOE - w2 non-benefited)

Responsibilities/Duties

• Tier 2 technical "end-user" support for HR system related issues
• Prefer 7+ years experience in any of the big ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle or ADP) and knowledge in HR & Payroll application business processes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow application and Agile framework methodology.
• Act as liaison with various teams - Production support, Functional COE, and HR BU s and work with Functional COE to organize and facilitate system related issues.
• Experience in the documenting, maintaining, and User and Role administration-related controls and procedures.
• Knowledge of writing simple to complex SQL queries in Oracle/SQL
• Create a test plan, test case and executing it under various project activities.
