--- Project Description ---
Following completion of the DOL PeopleSoft Financials upgrade, this position is
required to support post-production stabilization, ongoing application maintenance,
issue resolution, functional alignment, and business continuity activities for the
upgraded PeopleSoft Financials environment. This role will help support General
Ledger, Commitment Control, reporting, and other application-related
enhancements and operational needs
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Perform as a PeopleSoft techno-functional analyst, supporting both technical and
functional activities.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot configuration and base tables related to General
Ledger and Commitment Control.
3. Perform fit-gap analysis for new business requirements, enhancement requests,
and application changes.
4. Prepare functional specifications and related documentation.
5. Develop and support PeopleSoft Financials modifications using PeopleSoft
development tools.
6. Communicate with business users to gather requirements for production support
items, projects, and enhancements.
7. Perform functional and technical analysis, estimates, and impact assessments for
enhancement requests.
8. Support ongoing PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application maintenance, patching,
retrofits, and post-upgrade stabilization activities.
9. Perform end-to-end testing, validate code changes, and document modifications.
10. Troubleshoot and tune slow-running processes and support production issue
resolution.
11. Prepare user training materials and support functional knowledge transfer as
needed.
12. Provide techno-functional leadership for application support, maintenance,
enhancement, and stabilization activities.
13. Provide regular application development training, mentoring, and knowledge
transfer to DOL staff to build internal capability and support long-term operational
sustainability.
14. Provide weekly status reports on assigned work, issues, and progress
--- Required Qualifications ---
84 months of functional experience performing PeopleSoft FSCM (GL and
KK) implementations including requirements gathering and producing
functional specifications.
84 months of experience in performing PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and
retrofitting the customizations.
72 months of experience in Oracle 19c or higher databases. This includes
designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.
72 months of experience in creating NVISION, Crystal Reports and BI
Publisher reports.
60 months of experience in creating Test plans and Test scripts.
