Job Details
Role: Mainframe Developer
Location: Washington (Remote)
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2).
- 2+ years of Java development experience (Java 8+, Spring Boot, or related frameworks).
- Prior experience supporting state or government IES, HIX, or Medicaid systems (eligibility, enrollment, or health and human services domain).
- Strong understanding of batch processing, data exchange, and system interfaces between mainframe and modern platforms.
- Experience in SDLC processes, Agile delivery, and working within a multi-vendor environment
- Prior experience supporting a State Medicaid/Eligibility project IS A MUST
