WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Marketing Web Specialist, you will work in a growing global team at the forefront of scaling best-in-class marketing channel and platform strategy and performance. You will work with the global web team in coordinating and publishing strategic thought leadership and commercial content on bcg.com to deliver marketing outcomes. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to distill and optimize content for websites, surface data-driven insights, and support web projects that drive forward progress for the team.

BCG's marketing team drives the firm's reputation as a thought leader. We work to strengthen and protect BCG's brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with management to engage with our key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, alumni outreach, recruitment marketing, and social media.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelors degree required
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with CMS applications - (Brightspot preferred)
- Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare a plus)
- Experience in project management and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Wrike, SharePoint)
- Photoshop and Figma skills a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with MS Office suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and UX
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and skills
- A self-starter and comfortable working independently
- A team player and collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team
- Ability to balance contributing to multiple projects at once
