Job Details
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust end-to-end implementations.
The Salesforce Technical Architect will play a key role in defining system architecture, integration patterns, data models, and best practices to ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Develop enterprise-level architectural blueprints and integration patterns.
Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical governance.
Define data models, security models, object relationships, sharing rules, and platform limits.
2. Technical Leadership
Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce initiatives across multiple teams.
Guide development teams on configuration, customization, Apex/Lightning best practices, and architectural standards.
Provide hands-on support during system design, code review, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
3. Integration & Middleware
Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.), and custom services.
Ensure robust data synchronization, error handling, and API governance across connected platforms.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in workshops, design sessions, and roadmap planning.
Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership.
5. Governance, Standards & Best Practices
Establish development standards, coding guidelines, design patterns, and reusable components.
Conduct architectural assessments and enforce platform best practices, security, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Deep technical knowledge of:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
Security and sharing models
Salesforce Data Model & Metadata structure
Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Strong background in integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Huge plus

Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
