Job Details
The Data Scientist will leverage mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to convert large, complex datasets into meaningful insights and advanced analytical solutions. This role involves working with both structured and unstructured data and requires the ability to interpret varied assignments while determining the most effective analytical approaches. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, analytical, and committed to supporting business strategy through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and operational goals.
- Apply mathematics, statistics, and modeling techniques to derive insights from high volumes of complex data.
- Understand organizational strategy, departmental objectives, and their connection to related business areas.
- Make independent decisions regarding work methods, including in ambiguous situations.
- Follow established guidelines, processes, and procedures while offering analytical support for business initiatives.
- Contribute to improving consumer and customer experiences through data-driven recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree.
- 4+ years of technical experience.
- Proven experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to create analytical reports, forecasts, models, and strategic presentations.
- Strong background in mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and analytical technologies.
- Understanding of organizational and departmental strategies and how they impact related business functions.
- Ability to make independent decisions in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
- Passion for contributing to consumer-focused process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s Degree.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate.
- Experience working with AI tools, technologies, or methodologies.
