Nuclear IT Project Manager/Technical Project Manager (Nuclear Systems)/Nuclear Work Management

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that support multiple business areas. This role is responsible for defining project objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving successful execution throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, the ability to guide cross-functional teams, and experience working within regulated or safety-critical environments especially within the nuclear industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing direction, leadership, and oversight to assigned project teams.
• Oversee project execution to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
• Coordinate and manage the implementation of IT projects impacting multiple business units.
• Analyze and solve a range of moderate and straightforward project-related issues using established processes.
• Build organizational knowledge of systems, stakeholders, and internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and project success.
• Work under moderate guidance while steadily expanding domain and organizational expertise.

Preferred Background

• Nuclear industry experience (Minimum 5 years required)
• Knowledge of Work Management and IT/OT systems used in nuclear operations
• Understanding of SAFe / Scaled Agile Framework practices

• Proven IT Project Management experience in complex, multi-team environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to lead structured project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance
• Experience solving moderate problems using standard processes and procedural guidance
