Job Description:
Execute a multi-year roadmap to modernize the company's order management and invoicing application. Operate as the management focal point for the program and between the Clean Earth business/operations, IT, and strategic partners at all phases of the program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Product Owner(s)/Team(s), Clean Earth operations, customer service, sales, sales operations, business process improvement and marketing teams to measure and oversee customer experience quality throughout the product lifecycle
Define product roadmap/timelines with inputs from Product Owner(s)/Teams(s) specifying goals, strategy, dependencies, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
Prioritize features/capabilities working with Product Owner and IT. Including Sprint Planning, Support and Tech updates
Manage product backlog with IT
Adopt agile practice and leverage MVP based approach to releases.
Responsible for issue resolution, escalation plan, risk mitigation, communication plan coordination with process Improvement team and regular updates to Product Team and PMO
Communicate project milestone and deliverable status to Product Team and PMO
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and communications in support of project goals
Coordinate user acceptance testing and work with IT to ensure traceability to original requirements
Develop and manage business cutover plans, implementation / roll out
Implement, monitor and report on key metrics
Responsible for managing content creation and documentation management in support of program
Monitor PI team Change Management, communication, training & adoption efforts
Participate/conduct stakeholder focus groups for input
Effectively use project artifacts, tools, and templates to communicate progress and capture outcomes, next steps, and decisions
Leverage industry best practices in adoption and implementation of project management practices, governance, and processes
Solution support including escalations
Executes the launch of new products and features for the product
Provide ongoing support and analytics
Manage scope and the change request process, coordinating decision process of scope and budgetary impact of changes from original specifications.
Occasionally travel to Clean Earth facilities
Lead and/or participate in key meetings like Product Team updates, Project Coordination, Steering committee and PMO
Leverage industry best practices in adoption and implementation of project management practices,
governance and processes.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of complex and cross organizational project and program management experience in a business leadership capacity. Experienced in managing digital programs involving web portal development, deployment, enhancements, and their integrations with other applications
4 years of sales force project or product management experience.
Experience managing all aspects of solution delivery including requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, budget management, status reporting, risk management, release management, organization change management and change control
Excellent project management skills and demonstrated competency in managing simultaneous execution of multiple projects and workstreams within the program
Results driven with the ability to combine strong quantitative foundation with business acumen
Excellent facilitation, negotiation skills, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to all functional groups; the ability to translate technical requirements and issues into appropriate context
Demonstrated experience managing vendors to assist in or solely drive project delivery
Strong business acumen across multiple business functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Finance, Human Rasources, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft office skills (SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Teams, etc.)
History of ability to maintain flexibility, multi-task, and deliver results in a deadline driven
