Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Application Developers through the full Software Development Life Cycle, including design, development, security, and testing.
• Oversee the development of custom solutions leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET, C#, Flutter, and SQL.
• Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and drive best practices in code quality and optimization.
• Manage and improve DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Conduct business process analysis and contribute to system architecture design.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root-cause problem analysis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Team Lead, with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Hands-on development experience with multiple technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, .NET, Flutter, SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week on-site in O Fallon, MO.
