Job Description:-
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle SCP Cloud Consultant with 14+ years of expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions. The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution design, implementation, rollout, and support activities for enterprise-wide supply chain transformation programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional consulting capabilities, deep supply chain planning domain expertise, and excellent stakeholder management skills in onsite client-facing environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
14+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applications with strong expertise in Oracle SCP Cloud.
Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Planning modules.

Strong knowledge of:
o Demand Forecasting
o Supply & Capacity Planning
o S&OP Processes
o Inventory Optimization
o Replenishment Planning
o Global Supply Chain Processes
Experience in at least 4+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM/SCP implementations.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration frameworks.
Experience working in global onsite-offshore delivery models.
Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to drive workshops and independently manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle SCM Cloud Certification preferred.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, and reporting tools.
Exposure to manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, life sciences, or high-tech industries.
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
