- Pure support role
- Application Support Analyst
- Understanding Auditing solutions
- Understanding the Ticketing system
- Troubleshooting
- ETL
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Azure PaaS services like ADF, Synapse, ADLS, Azure Data Bricks, and Power BI.
- Loading and transferring data
- Python, PySpark is plus
- Experience with Audit firms or their shared service center, IT-Advisory or Forensic Technology that includes providing Audit support and data analytics through General IT Controls / application control test work specifically relating to SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics – nice to have
- Organization skills and communication skills are a must.
