About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Engineer to support the design, installation, and evaluation of in-building broadband network solutions. This role involves hands-on work with cabling infrastructure, network equipment, and multi-tenant building assessments, as well as close collaboration with engineering and field teams to ensure successful deployment of broadband services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and install components used to transmit broadband data across in-building network environments.
• Work with coax, twisted-pair copper, fiber-optic cabling, and switching equipment to support complex network configurations.
• Coordinate installation and integration of new in-building network systems and equipment.
• Assess residential and commercial multi-tenant buildings to determine broadband compatibility and system readiness.
• Manage large-scale broadband build projects, ensuring accurate planning, documentation, and timely implementation.
• Produce technical documentation and feasibility reports for candidate properties.
• Provide operational support to local field engineering and sales teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• General experience in designing and installing in-building network architectures.
• Knowledge of workplace hazard identification and prevention.
• Familiarity with CATV provider termination points, including terminals and pedestals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on field experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and mobility-based applications.
• Prior customer-facing or field support experience in technical environments.
