Summary
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our organization’s strategic goals. This role oversees IT infrastructure, network systems, and information security, while guiding a team that manages both local and global systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to driving system reliability, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain client and server systems, networking equipment, and telecommunication devices critical to business operations.

Oversee the installation, configuration, and daily operation of information systems, ensuring optimal performance of both hardware and software.

Implement and monitor IT policies, procedures, and security controls to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and system reliability.

Provide advanced technical guidance for troubleshooting and maintaining Windows and Linux systems, both on VMware ESXi and physical hardware.

Support and maintain a complex global network, including WAN accelerators, VPNs, and firewalls.

Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and technical partners to procure and implement services and solutions.

Advise end users on hardware and software selection, procurement, and maintenance.

Direct IT staff in system operations, backups, disaster recovery, and documentation of network and system changes.

Partner with the IT Director to assess new initiatives, develop budgets, negotiate contracts, and review policies and procedures.

Carry a company-issued phone for timely communication and critical system support.
Requirements

Mastery of Microsoft Windows and email systems, HPE network and server hardware, TCP/IP protocols, and VoIP technologies.

Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012–2019, Linux, and Active Directory environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Skype for Business, NetApp Fibre Channel SANs, VMware ESXi, and data security/backup procedures.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex global network systems.

Demonstrated project management experience—developing, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Experience leading, mentoring, and developing IT teams across multiple locations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
