SAP FICO SME

Location: Lake Forest, IL
Salary: $165,000.00 USD Annually - $175,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a SAP FICO SME

Non Negotiable Must Haves:

SAP S/4 experience

SAP Functional experience as there is a separate development team that handles configuration

Understand of Business Process

Experience working closely with developers and being able to bridge the gap so that stakeholders get what they want

Job Description:

The SAP FICO SME candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and control of Reynolds Consumer Products financial systems and applications. Responsibilities will include leading projects and supporting cross functional supporting programs.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide thought leadership on best practices / emerging technologies for Finance functions.
• Support, plan, execute and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources.
• Accountable for the design and governance of SAP S/4 FICO and RTR business processes.
• Develop and deploy new processes and system configuration.
• Assist in designing the financial systems roadmap including migration to SAP S/4.
• Play a key role on the Finance work stream for upcoming migration to SAP S/4.
• Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required.
• Support business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integration.
• Manage relationships with the Finance clients.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to RCP when partnering with software providers.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of SAP FI and CO modules
• Experience in CPG / Manufacturing industry.
• IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live of SAP ECC RTR processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP configurations including GL, Profit center splitting, Inter company, AP, AR, Asset Management, CO, CCA, Product Costing, Tax and Treasury

Icing on the cake:

• Experience in CPG / Manufacturing industry.
• Led the functional design of Finance Systems during implementations of SAP S/4.
• Supervisory experience preferred
• SAP certifications
