Fully Remote Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer

    An exciting Banking company is looking for a fully remote, full-time Identity Access Management Engineer. This company focuses on helping small businesses, families, and individuals achieve their financial goals with their unique use of technology. This role is on the security solutions team, such as: Directory Service, Single Sign-on, Federation, and Privileged Access Management. This opportunity requires those with the ability to define capabilities, designing and reviewing security solutions, and experience working alongside developers and stakeholders in order to define roadmaps.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Proficient in Linux/Unix systems
    • Proficient in LDAP Directory
    • Proficient in Linux Shell and Perl scripting
    • Hands on experience with LDAP Directory products especially Ping Identity Directory products
    • Hands-on experience with SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, LDAP, SAML)
    • Experience with deploying IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
    • Understanding of software and/or application lifecycle and the implementation of security principals
    • Deep understanding of large networks and systems and the interaction between applications, infrastructures, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking; out-of-the-box thinkers
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
    • Strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management
    • Effective communication skills and motivation/willingness to learn
    • Bachelor's degree, CISA, CISSP, and CISM
    • Minimum of 8 years' combined higher education and/or experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
