Job Description
A Care Team Associate at Avid Practice plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of partners IT, cybersecurity, low voltage systems, and security infrastructure. They are often the first point of contact when partners are experiencing technical issues or seeking technical assistance with security-related concerns.
As a Care Team Associate at Avid your responsibilities include providing timely technical support for partners, triaging and escalating incidents effectively, deploying and configuring network infrastructure and workstations, offering on-site and phone support, managing inventory, maintaining documentation, participating in security incident response, communicating with partners, collaborating with internal teams, engaging in training and development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create tickets clearly documenting technical issues and resolutions
- Assist partners by helping identify and resolve problems
- Train partners on how to use software
- Collaborate and communicate with our team
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and installation of software and hardware on desktop, laptop, networking, and telecommunications systems, including data, video, and voice
- Research, escalate and perform problem determination and resolution
- On Site Support
- Participation in special IT projects and requests
- Prepare and Deploy Workstation
- Prepare and Deploy Network Infrastructure
- Prepare and Deploy Surveillance and Access Control systems
- Receive Inventory
