Job Details

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience as a Workday Administrator.
  • Recent experience in Financial Industry is a must.
  • 5 or more years of extensive Workday HRIS/HCM and Payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday Financials and reporting functionalities.
  • Experience with Workday system configuration and implementation.
  • Experience in Workday security administration.
  • Experience with ADP payroll processes.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end administration and optimization of the Workday system.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HRIS functionality, integrations, and data security.
  • Manage HRIS support for talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
  • Execute firm-wide initiatives and priorities via HRIS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize HRIS system utility.
  • Design and implement data integrity audits within Workday.
  • Provide consultation and support for all Workday modules.
