    • Research and fact-find to develop or modify complex information systems
    • Formulate the system scope and objectives
    • Evaluate, implement, and document changes to existing system logic difficulties
    • Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups
    • Review flow charts, models, procedures, and feasibility studies to design system solutions
    • Identify and document all system constraints, implications and consequences of various system changes
    • assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system by reviewing technical documentation
    • Provide recommendations for resolving business issues
    • Collaborate with system analysts, engineers, and programmers
    • Design systems and determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces
    • Educate end users on system functionalities through creation of training materials and demos
    • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems

    THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
    • 3+ years of related work experience, 5+ years preferred
    • University degree preferred
    • Strong Excel and Tableau skills required
    • Knowledge of SQL and VBA preferred
