About the Role:
We re seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable NOC Technician to support a nationwide infrastructure project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable working evening or overnight hours.
You ll be part of a remote team supporting field technicians during equipment installations, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring smooth rollout operations across multiple locations.
What We re Looking For:
- Experience supporting network rollouts or infrastructure projects
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely during off-hours
- Familiarity with Cisco/Meraki devices and command-line interfaces is a plus
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA are a bonus
