Job Details

This role will enable the Principal TPM to drive execution across key digital commerce
initiatives. The contractor will operate as an embedded partner to product, UX, and engineering
teams. They will play a crucial role in translating strategic priorities into structured plans,
detailed requirements, and measurable deliverables. The focus is to bring rigor to how we
prioritize, develop, deploy, and monitor / evaluate digital technology solutions that drive
measurable impact, streamline collaboration between business, tech, UX, and other stakeholders
and ensure that roadmaps and outcomes are grounded in data, ROI, and customer impact.
While the initial focus is on web and platform initiatives, this role may expand to app or cross-
channel programs as capacity grows.
Scope of Work
1. Product and Business Analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into clear product
requirements and functional specifications.
Help conduct data-driven analyses to validate feature ROI, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
Partner with the Principal TPM to define success metrics and measurement frameworks
for digital programs.
Align product backlog with business goals and resource capacity.
2. Cross-Functional Roadmap Management
Help maintain an integrated roadmap spanning product, UX, engineering, and global
teams.
Track milestone dependencies, delivery commitments, and release timing.
Support financial year and trimester planning cycles, including refinement of FY
planning inputs.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
Consolidate updates across product, engineering, UX, regional partners (Japan, Europe),
and other stakeholders.
Draft and distribute weekly or bi-weekly summaries capturing key progress, decisions,
and risks.
Support leadership readouts and presentations with data-backed insights.
Guide change management of improving way we work.

4. Process and Tooling Optimization
Build reusable templates for PRDs, FSDs, sprint summaries, and ROI assessments.
Improve intake, triage, and prioritization processes to ensure efficient flow of work.
Partner with platform and engineering teams to map system capabilities and constraints.
Help define clear handoffs between business and technical owners.
5. Future-Ready Expansion (if time)
Provide early input into app-related or omnichannel initiatives as they arise.
Identify opportunities to connect platform improvements to customer-facing outcomes.
Deliverables
Comprehensive, data-backed PRDs and FSDs for upcoming releases and initiatives.
Fully documented and operationalized sprint planning queue.
Updated cross-functional digital tech roadmap and dependency tracker.
Weekly progress reports and quarterly recap dashboards.
Playbook for scalable product and sprint operations.
Skills and Experience
Strong background in product or business analysis within digital, commerce, or platform
environments.
Hands-on experience working with engineering and UX teams in agile delivery models.
Proven ability to connect business needs with technical solutions and communicate
clearly across both.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Devops, Figma, Confluence, and product analytics
platforms such as GA4, tableau.
User and outcome obsessed, self-motivated, and flexible able to do what it takes to
achieve our goals / outcomes.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
