Supply Chain Analyst

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Build and manage databases, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs and supply chain metrics.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies in supply chain data; recommend process improvements.
• Lead automation projects to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Present supply and demand recommendations to stakeholders, supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Implement data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL (3+ years required) and Python, including pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and planning techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or supply chain software.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Supply chain certifications (APICS, ISM).
• Experience in Big Tech environments or large-scale supply chain operations.

• Ability to analyze financial reports, price proposals, and technical data.
