Job Details
The IT Security Professional Manufacturing Security Integration will play a pivotal role in embedding and harmonizing cybersecurity practices across manufacturing and operational environments. This position acts as a strategic influencer and trusted partner, ensuring that Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and enterprise security architectures align with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, design, and integrate security controls into manufacturing systems, ICS, and OT environments.
- Evaluate and enhance the security posture of acquired entities during M&A integrations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive security integration plans aligning with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Design interim and long-term solutions ensuring secure operations before and after integration.
- Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities through risk assessments and remediation planning.
- Build partnerships with plant engineers, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to promote a security-first culture.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives influencing playbooks, tools, and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate technical security risks and integration strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer across all involved teams.
- Develop strategic relationships with vendors to evaluate and adopt AI-driven and automated OT/ICS security solutions.
- Engage in emerging technology assessments to strengthen the security ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement by aligning technology roadmaps with enterprise and manufacturing security standards.
- Deep expertise in OT, ICS, and IT infrastructure security
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Cybersecurity Frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001)
- Proven experience securing SCADA, PLC, DCS, and IIoT environments
- Hands-on experience with network segmentation, firewalls, and endpoint protection in manufacturing environments
- Experience in merger & acquisition security integration
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with automation, AI, and advanced manufacturing security tools
- Ability to perform site assessments and plant-level risk evaluations
- Leadership in embedding security practices into enterprise transformation programs
- Manufacturing or industrial automation sector
- Exposure to global operations and multi-site security integration
- Previous roles in Security Architecture, OT Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Security Consulting
