job summary:

Position Summary:

• The team is looking for an experienced technical PDA/TBA with a minimum of 7 years of project experience in technology projects to be able to gather and elicit requirements/stories from a business team and apply technical knowledge in use cases, process models, technical requirements, acceptance criteria and more. This resource should have technical design/writing skills and will be responsible for the documentation of existing applications and must be able to create clear and concise technical designs. The resource must be able to be able to act as the communication hub between tech teams and business partners/product owners.

Client, EET domain experience required:

• Ability to translate business requirements and business logic into detailed technical design specifications

• Knowledge of project managements principles, practices, techniques and tools (Waterfall & Agile)

• Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC

• Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility

• Solid team player with superior time management skills

• Must have excellent communication, verbal and written to conduct presentations and deliver technical requirements.

• Prepare graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical design writing

• Must be an intermediate level or above user of Office suite including Visio.

• Experience with Atlassian JIRA tool

• Prior Client Experience

• Solid analytical and presentation skills

Required Skills:

• JIRA, Network Relationship Building

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SQL and other data tools

• Must have Agile and Waterfall project experience

• Horizon toolset familiarity

• Change Management familiarity
