Project Manager - AI/ Data Science.
Location: Long Beach, CA
Hybrid : 2-3 days / week onsite
Duration 9-12 months with possible extensions Need a Project Manager which experience managing AI/Data Science projects Would be responsible to guide and manage the AI roadmap Guide and interact with the CXOs and management team on AI approach/ technology Should have excellent communication skills
Key Focus Areas:
- Develop and manage the AI Program roadmap aligned with our innovation and sustainability goals.
- Oversee multiple AI and data science projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
- Partner with R&D, IT, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into our global product ecosystem.
- Implement AI governance, ethical compliance, and data management frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management within AI, data science, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, data governance, and MLOps practices.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional global teams and complex technology programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in hardware, imaging, or robotics environments is a strong plus.
- PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred.

- Candidates who have delivered enterprise AI or analytics programs from concept to deployment.
- Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams translating data insights into strategic outcomes.
