Project Manager Remote

UKG & Kronos experience is must for this role.

Strong experience in implementing UKG on the cloud. They have three instances of Kronos, etime, and n source.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of UKG on cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into project plans.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for system configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to project sponsors.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project managing UKG implementations, preferably on cloud platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kronos systems, including Kronos Workforce Central, eTime, and related modules.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and deployment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
