We are seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate Client Engineer for Conversational platform technology. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining artificial intelligence and machine learning offerings to improve the client experience across channels including, mobile, web, smart devices, etc. This role can expect to tackle exciting challenges like leveraging new and emerging technologies to deliver best in class experiences to clients while ensuring platform resiliency and stability. What you’re good at
- Collaborate with architects and experts to plan, design, manage, monitor and build machine learning systems
- Research and implement appropriate Client algorithms and tools
- Work with team members and subject matter experts to frame and document Client problems to develop machine learning applications
- Selecting appropriate datasets and creating data representation and visualizations
- Run machine learning tests and experiments
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
- Train and retrain systems when necessary
- Extend existing Client libraries and frameworks
- Keep abreast of developments in the field and derive automation best practices for continuous improvement
What you have
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience building out Client projects as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
- Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
- Ability to write robust code in Python, Java or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Working knowledge of Agile, Iterative development process is essential Preferred
- Experience in NLU/NLP or large language models
- Experience working in Google Cloud Platform or AWS clouds
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to a regulatory environment (like Banking & Finance or Health care etc.) domain is a plus
- Hands on experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins/Bamboo/GIT etc.) is preferred
